Ogran Elf History

The peak of the agricultural revolution, coupled with a resulting fluctuation in industrially-disposed humanoids' populations drew a stark contrast between them and the naturalistic elves, faeries and the creatures that they watched over. In Achahtai, these two factions became known as “The Monarchist Dominion of Achahtai” and “The Fae Order of Achahtai.”

The industrious people of Galorvia succeeded in conquering all of their lands, driving their elves into the oceans. Some fled to Achahtai, and others onto small islands. From there, the elves avoided conflict by scarcely developing technology with the coveted resources over which the other nations fought. They evolved over hundreds of years to naturally adapt to their oceanic environments, developing gills as they were spending more time under water than they did upon the small islands.

They were henceforth known as the "Ogran elves," guardians of the Ograch Ocean, where they organised a new society under The Ograch High Council. They took very little and killed with respect, honour and kindness, henceforth taking up the task of defending the creatures of the ocean from the three civilised nations. This did not go unnoticed by the fae beasts of the sea, who offered their companionship to the Ogran elves in kind.

When unsuspecting hunters and fishermen went to take what should not be taken, they would sometimes encounter the Ogran elves, riding the massive beats of the waters, and bringing their demise.

Ezdach Kralitsa

Ezdach was born to the Ograch oceans, and unlike a few younglings nowadays, Ezdach know and honours every aspect of her heritage. She was raised to take pride in what their developed race had stood for, pride which surpassed that of their finest generals. Ezdach had the drive, loving beast more than she did her fellow Ogran elves, to be a truly great protector of the seas.

At the bi-anual Galorvian fishing festival, hundreds of great beasts would be torn from the ocean by thousands of hunters and fishermen, to make food for their dragon warriors.

Ezdach was in charge of a defensive ambush. When the thousands of men leapt or swam into the depths of the water, there she was; a green mana rope coiled around five great Goliath Terrors, weighing sixteen tonnes a piece. They would swallow hundreds of men in single gulps, thrashing through the ocean and creating great waves that engulfed and swept away thousands.

This was one of their greatest triumphs to date and no-one dared underestimate the Ogran civilisation again. Shortly after this event, Queen Amora was to accept a new Ogran advisor to ensre that her pacts with The Fae Order and The Ograch High Council are upheld, and determined that Ezdach was a very worthy general and teacher at Iechi.

Personality

Despite being a general, Ezdach's finest qualities lye in anything but her charisma with people. She had always associated more with the massive beasts of the wild, even as a child. While many would call them 'terrifying,' she seems to go with 'cuddly.'

The more detached from other people that she kept, the more they were cruel to her, causing her to become yet more isolated. Despite her social awkwardness though, Ezdach is incredibly friendly, so long as you don't do anything that she'd consider morally questionable in front of her,

Ezdach is incredibly happy to share her skills and her love of the wild with the students at Iechi, especially those who show special interest. But if you think that you can go about it in a brutal or clumsy way, involving overly hurting the animals to gain their obedience, you'll find yourself enduring a painful detention with her.

Amora may not always approve of Ezdach's methods and standards exactly, but Achahtai's alliance with Ograch is far too important to lose over over it.

Ezdach does now think more about friendship with the people of Achahtai and Ograch, though she would never admit it, and is highly unsure how exactly to go about it.
